SUPERMARKET will for the second year in a row arrange Sweden’s biggest international art fair in cooperation with Kulturhuset (The House of Culture), located at Sergels Torg in the very centre of Stockholm.
New cities that are represented are, amongst others: Athens, Chisinau, Craiova, Klaipeda, Mexico City, Prishtina, Sofia and Yerevan. The goal of SUPERMARKET is to provide a showcase for artists’ initiatives from all over the world and to create opportunities for new networks in the Swedish and international art scenes.

I am participating in this years Super Market in Stockholm, Sweden with DÍÓNÝSÍA, an informal artist-run residency that is held every year in Iceland with host being a small village. The residency is open to all art genres, design, architecture and music. What makes Dionysia special is that it is not localised, always moving from place to place, but also that emphasize is on the collaboration with the locals and exchange of knowledge.

DÍÓNÝSÍA puts great emphasize on that participants arrive ready to participate in new projects in collaboration with artists from other genres.

DÍÓNÝSÍA is not only represented at but also as the group Dionysia residency on Facebook:
